Fluoridated tap water helps prevent cavities, but not all individuals have access to it. Studies have found that some individuals, including racial and ethnic minorities, may not feel comfortable with fluoridated tap water. In this study, we will conduct interviews to better understand why.
We will work with community partners in Washington or Texas to recruit study participants who will be invited to share their attitudes, beliefs, and concerns about fluoridated tap water.
This study is fit for:
- Adults 18+ years
- Black, Indigenous, and People of Color
- Living in Washington or Texas
- Speaks English
