Undergraduate Research Assistant
I joined the Arce-McShane UW Lab in the Fall of 2021. What really stood out to me about the research is how we get to learn how the brain’s sensorimotor control can affect behaviors. In our research, I am fascinated by the methods one can use to determine movements of the tongue and the mandible. I really enjoy this type of research because I hope one day to pursue pedodontics, and this type of research correlates to my aspirations. About myself: I am an undergraduate at the University of Washington majoring in Biochemistry and a little fun fact about me is that one time, I got my foot run over by my mom’s SUV.
