Summer Institute in Dental Research Methods
The University of Washington School of Dentistry will offer a research training institute in the summer of 2018 for dental school faculty and other oral health professionals interested in clinical research in dentistry. This will be the 27th consecutive year the program has been offered.

International Association for Dental Research

The International Association for Dental Research (IADR), headquartered in Alexandria, Va., is a nonprofit organization with nearly 11,000 members worldwide. Its mission is : (1) to advance research and increase knowledge for the improvement of oral health worldwide; (2) to support and represent the oral health research community; and (3) to facilitate the communication and application of research findings.

DR. DOUGLAS L. MORELL RESEARCH FUND
The Research Advisory Committee invites applications for the Dr. Douglass L. Morell Research Fund. The Morell Research Fund is provided by the School of Dentistry to support those biomedical and behavioral research activities for small-scale, short-term research projects, using mechanisms that allow rapid response to unanticipated needs and new opportunities. Specific areas of priority include pilot research, research by new investigators, studies to take advantage of emerging opportunities in ongoing research projects and emergency funding during temporary lapses in research project grant support.

The Sunstar Foundation was established in 1977. The aim of the Foundation is to improve oral care among the general public. For more than three decades the foundation has actively promoted dental health through many kinds of activities.

Global wach care givers

Global WACh
The Coulter Foundation and Global WACh have teamed up to offer pilot grants to support collaborative translational research in biomedical engineering addressing the clinical needs of women, adolescents and children. Funding opportunities include the Seeds for Change Awards, the W.H. Coulter Foundation Seed Grants, and the Integrated Health Seed Grants.
