MPH Student, Department of Epidemiology
Jennifer is a second-year MPH student in the Department of Epidemiology. She earned her BS from UW in 2016, where she majored in Public Health. Having immigrated from China to the US at the age of 5, Jennifer is motivated to improve immigrant and refugee health through the tools of epidemiology. Her other interests lie in maternal/child health and environmental health, with her Master’s thesis focusing on the association between air pollution and gestational weight gain. In her free time, Jennifer can be found running around Green Lake, hiking the numerous trails in PNW, or reading a captivating book.
