Pooja Rajanbabu

Research Assistant

Pooja is an undergraduate student studying Public Health at the University of Washington.

After graduating, she plans to work to gain hands-on experience in the field before pursuing her master’s degree in Public Health. Pooja’s primary interests are global health inequities, preventative healthcare, and the social determinants of health. Pooja hopes to make an impact in the public health field by addressing health issues with long-term solutions. In addition to being a research assistant at the DeRouen Center, Pooja is also an intern at the YMCA. Outside of her school activities, she enjoys going out with friends, watching horror movies, and trying out new restaurants in the Seattle area.
